The toasted croissant chicken salad sandwich had a perfectly flaky buttery croissant with a creamy well seasoned chicken salad that tasted fresh and balanced. The caramelized mushroom and onion quiche was rich and savory with deep caramelized flavor and a soft custardy center. We paired everything with a smooth cappuccino that was warm, balanced, and comforting.
