“Hot. Crispy. Chicken sandwich. But with a Syrian twist.

This sandwich was hecka good—lots of flavor, layers, and textures. Yummy’s has a small, simple menu, but every item overdelivers. I rarely eat anything fried, but their unique twist puts this sandwich in a league of its own. The slaw is bright and vibrant, and the chicken crust is crisp and golden.

They offer different spice levels; I chose medium and it was just right. The curry fries were surprisingly delicious—an interesting fusion with curry sauce meshed into mild cheese sauce, and they arrived steaming hot. My sandwich came on a challah bun instead of a pretzel bun, and I loved it. Definitely ask which bun they’re using.

Everything was crisp and yummy. This spot packs heat and taste. I’ll probably revisit in the fall—eating outside in summer was an adventure in itself! Thanks, Yummy’s. Hope y’all continue to thrive in the Galleria food truck park.”
