Roast & Brew brings a refreshing, airy charm to the Heights—a café designed for comfort, conversation, and creativity. Filled with windows, natural light, and plenty of workspace seating, it’s the kind of spot where you can settle in with a book, meet friends, or enjoy a quiet morning ritual. With evening hours stretching until midnight, it’s also one of Houston’s rare late-night coffeehouse gems.
The menu leans modern European with a Greek twist—pastries, chocolates, and light bites that pair beautifully with their rich coffee and fragrant teas. Whether you're craving an Americano, a warm pastry, or a sunny place to unwind, this shop consistently delivers warmth without the pretense.
What to Try
Americano – bold, robust, and beautifully extracted
Blueberry muffin – tender, lightly sweet, and freshly baked
Greek chocolates – unique treats you won’t find in most Houston cafés
Hot teas & herbal options – aromatic and soothing

Sara I. (Oct 13, 2021):
“Roast and Brew is such a stellar coffee shop! I love the open-air seating and bright natural light pouring through the windows. There’s plenty of space inside, many tables with outlets, and a front patio if you prefer sitting outdoors. It’s a great spot for socializing or studying—calm, ambient music and never too loud.
The menu is lovely. I’ve had their teas, coffee, and the blueberry muffin, which was tender, fresh, and slightly sweet—perfect with a strong Americano. They also carry Greek chocolates, some of my favorites!
The staff is warm and attentive, and I love that they now stay open until midnight. The vibes are comfortable, easygoing, and completely unpretentious. I’ll continue supporting this local gem whenever I’m in the Heights. Until next time!”
