“Such a cozy little spot! I'm liking this conscious food philosophy on a quiet yet nonchalant corner of Sugar Creek plaza. I've always liked this little part of town and Pythagoras vegan cafe is a warm and bright welcome in the area. I met up with friends this evening and we all enjoyed our meals.
Despite the menu being primarily of vegan food choices; there really is something for everyone here. The menu is chock full of pizza choices, soups, salads and Persian food items. We started with their loaded vegan nachos as an appetizer and it was quite filling and crisp. Plenty of veggies and the vegan cheese doused on top had a good flavor. Nachos were light and a great sharing item with friends.
I'm not vegan but I enjoy eating fresh vegan and vegetarian foods as often as possible. I love the fresh breads here; such as their sesame bread that comes with their Persian style eggplant dip. Delish. As well as their pizzas; the crust is crispy and the toppings are generous. I'm typically not a fan of vegan cheese, but theirs is quite good.
I recommend their grapefruit sparkling drink (non-alcoholic) or their juices. It's great to have a new vegan food joint in the area. The theme of the restaurant is unique and their service was warm and efficient. Our waiter was friendly, communicative and often checked up on us.
Thanks dear Pythagoras for enlightening our minds on a random summer evening. It's just simple Pythagorean math; our bellies were full and our hearts felt warm. What more would you want?”
