LA Crawfish in Memorial brings a lively blend of Cajun heat and Vietnamese comfort food to one tucked-away corner inside 99 Ranch Market. Expect bold flavors, heavy seasoning, and a menu that leans into Louisiana-style spice while offering plenty of alternative dishes for those who don’t do crawfish. It’s casual, quick, and full of savory aromas wafting through the food court atmosphere.
Although the crawfish can vary in size depending on the season, there’s more than enough on the menu—from flash-fried chicken bites to pho—to make a stop worthwhile. It’s a great choice for a warm, spicy, satisfying meal while shopping or exploring the market.
Must-Try Items
Basil flash-fried chicken bites
Cajun-spiced waffle fries
Cajun fried rice (for salt lovers!)

Pho for a cozy, soupy alternative

Sara I. (Jan 27, 2022):
“LA Crawfish—no, not Los Angeles, y’all. This is all about Louisiana-style grub. The food here is coated with spice and heavy-handed with salt and oil, but that’s typically the palate of Cajun/crawfish cuisine. I never nosh on crawfish, but they have plenty of other food options.
The ingredients seemed fresh and portions were decent. I liked the bite-sized chicken bites flash fried with basil. The Cajun waffle fries were salty yet warm and crisp. My friend ordered the crawfish and mentioned they were small; the season had just started, so that may change. The Cajun fried rice was heavily seasoned and salty, but flavorful—it paired well with the other items.
All in all, the food was decent and the service was warm. This spot is tucked inside the corner of 99 Ranch Market. I may revisit when passing through. They also have pho if you're craving something warm and soupy. Did I just say soupy? Yes I did. It’s the season for some warm grub.”
