Once the facial began, the experience blossomed into something extraordinary—thoughtfully curated, sensory-rich, and delivered with care. From aromatherapy to facial cupping to the decadent cocoa butter option, every detail elevated the treatment. The addition of scalp massages and a cozy weighted blanket made the service feel even more nurturing.

“My goodness, I loved everything about this experience... it was different and unique. A cosy sort of experience that was wrapped around nurturing and pampering. I have always loved perks that were centered around food. But this one? Yeah, it hit differently. & it was exactly what was needed on a Friday, a perfect way to end the week by getting a facial close to evening time.

Right from the start, upon walking in, I knew that I would love this spot. It was bright, airy and quite roomy. I love how this spot uses as much natural light as possible, instead of keeping it dim. The aroma was fresh and inviting and the service was just as warm. They have snacks and tea to choose from before getting your facial. My facialist was busy arranging everything in the beginning so I made myself a nice snack and tea to munch on. I was not running hastily on time and wanted the pleasure of soaking in this experience.

Once the facial got started, I knew that I was in for a real treat. Every single thing about this facial treatment was mind-blowingly amazing. I had received a facial one month prior to this experience at another spot. It was good. But this one? It took the cake. From the beginning of service, til the end, my facialist, Drea, was knowledgeable and geared for great service. The aromatherapy used was one to delight the senses and tickle the soul. I loved the facial cupping that was used as well. & the aromatic cocoa butter which I opted for.

I was often asked if everything was okay and if I was comfortable. It was nice for Drea to check in on me from time to time. Facilities here are clean, including their restrooms. I loved how my facialist took her time to give me the best pampering service. Nothing was rushed here.

Throughout the session I would get a scalp/head massage and was also given a weighted blanket that made me feel oh so cosy and snug. I was wrapped up like a burrito with nowhere to move. Perfect.

Will I be back here? Most definitely. Service was great from all those that were working here that day. As mentioned, my experience here was perfect and one that I am grateful for. They also have gift cards here if you want to get one for family or friends. You can also sign up and become a member for recurrent facials.
