Nice warehouse converted into a minimal industrial like dessert cafe. I came here not too long ago with my good friend. It was about 9ish pm yet I felt safe once I got inside Tout Suit. The cafe is situated in a completely random spot near downtown. A bit far from where I live yet i'd been wanting to check out this place for a while. Tout Suite certainly has lived up to the rave reviews. Upon entering, I noticed the ambiance of the place. It was quite lively during that time of night. There were many types of people here - youngsters and oldies. The amount of selections here is truly what gives this place high marks from me. Most other 'dessert cafes' tend to run out of selection once evening/nightfall hits. Yet Tout Suite was brimming with cupcakes, cookies, danishes, croissants and more. They have a variety of colorful macaroons as well. I'm not much of a fan of macaroons, so I did not get any for myself. I opted for the cream cheese danish and was delightfully surprised it was national cupcake day, in which they gave me and my friend a mini cupcake. How sweet! Speaking of sweet, I noticed right away that these were the same folks as SWEET from CityCentre. I had not known this before, so that was a sweet surprise. (No pun intended, haha). I also ordered their cafe latte, which was creamy and smooth. I love the beans they use.. such quality coffee. Overall, my friend and I enjoyed our desserts and had a great experience at Tout Suite. I also appreciate the fact that they close late! It seems as if their are such few cafes that close as late as Tout Suite and without having that trendy "bar/alcohol" environment. I don't like such places with the bar atmosphere as the environment tends to get rowdy and loud. We didn't feel pressured to leave as soon as we got there. This place also carries fresh fruit juices and savory foods as well. I might drop by in the afternoon one day to try out their savory menu. All in all, a lovely spot to visit with friends and a great place to bring out of town folks as well.
