Sara's full firsthand review
Unique establishment serving up Armenian goodies which was a first for me. I love visiting international bakeries and was pleased with the items served inside the glass cases. There are so many items to choose from, including packaged goodies that you can take with you. I opted for the vanilla custard ponchik - which is deep fried bread with a sweet filling. Basically a Mediterranean doughnut. There are many flavours to choose from, in terms of the ponchik, but I liked the option that I settled for. I also ordered the sweet cheese roll. It took a few minutes for my order to be ready. They are made to order and served warm. I enjoyed the creamy custard filling and the crisp dough. The sweet cheese roll was nice and simple. Young women in the front were friendly and attentive. Many families were coming in and out of the bakery - i'm sure its quite popular in the area. Anyway, i'll definitely be back to try other items off the menu. My sweet tooth was satisfied and I left with a happy belly!
