Celebrity Cupcakes review

Overpriced cupcakes with an average taste. The flavours aren't striking, and they don't hit home. This cupcakery is tucked in a small corner near the Rice Village shopping district. I had my first encounter with Celebrity's a few months ago, and have opted to never go back. I ordered a random assortment of cupcakes to take home. None of the flavours were tasty, and some of the frosting's had a strange pale green colour. Both the red velvet, and the vanilla cupcake had this green frosting. It didn't make sense, and it only made me not want to eat the cupcakes. I understand the concept of wanting to bake light, fresh, and organic cupcakes. But these little treats just didn't taste like cupcakes. They were too light, and not sweet enough. The typical red velvet cream cheese frosting didn't even taste like the tangy cream cheese that I am familiar with. Did I mention that I bake amazing cupcakes at home? From now on, I think I will stick with my own delectable delights.
