It`s almost been a year since this establishment has been opened. It is nice to see that they are doing well. I like the atmosphere of this casual restaurant. I am not fond of those ultra loungy type of sushi bars. I have tried the splendid 'Udon it' noodle soup. It is a deep sea of exotic goodness. I tasted one Japanese food in the soup that I am not familiar with. It has this beautiful pink and white colour. I believe its called Naruto! (Like the Anime, haha). The sushi here is nice as well. I have tried their avocado roll. The morsels are small, but tasty. I like my sushi light, nothing fattening or deep fried. Isn't it supposed to be healthy in the first place!? Just kidding. You can go for whatever you like. That`s my opinion. :) I believe they have happy hour sushi as well. Haven`t dropped by in awhile... I think those thick slurpalicious udon noodles are calling me back...
