Alpha Dessert Juice Cafe - Hillcroft review

The cafe has expanded and it looks completely different inside, at least last time I visited. Which is rarely never. Their are murals and photographs of the Pakistani culture and history. I think that's great and should be represented in a cafe such as Agha Juice. You can't go wrong with their "kulfi" which is basically Pakistani ice-cream that is thick and creamy. The flavor is super sweet because of the condensed milk. But the texture and flavor is great. You can get it as a stick or as a chopped up plate of kulfi. They have snacks and foods as well, which I'm not too familiar with, honestly. A bit too heavy for my liking anyway. But maybe the burgers are good? I came here on a hot and sweltering day, longing for something with coffee. Should have know that I cant get decent coffee inside of a south Asian cafe. I ordered the cold coffee drink - which was essentially an ice cream shake consisting of coffee ice cream, milk and ice. Not of my liking and it was too heavy and light tasting. But if creamy milk shakes are your thing, then you might dig it. The guy at the front took forever to make my drink and I had to remind him of my order. The service was off and the employee's need better training. Other than that, I suppose its better to stick to their kulfi, falooda, and south Asian inspired drinks and desserts.
